Your company’s course area, for your own students

You already sell what you know; here it becomes courses, cohorts and follow-up inside your workspace, with FM publishing it and opening access while you look after the content.

  • your spaceone client’s content never shows in another’s
  • per studentprogress recorded lesson by lesson
  • liveand recorded, for whoever missed it

What the app delivers

  • The course catalogue

Lessons organised by category, with cover art, featured slots and a built-in player. Your students come in through the portal, with no separate platform.

  • Cohorts, live sessions and recordings

Scheduled sessions with sign-up, and the recording available afterwards for anyone who could not make it.

  • Mentoring with a calendar

Slots you open, booked by the student, with the meeting link in place of messages back and forth to find a time.

  • Each person’s progress

Who started, who stopped at lesson three and who finished — what disappears today when the course lives on someone else’s platform.

How it enters your operation

You bring the content and the rule for who sees what. FM publishes it, organises it and keeps it running.

  1. Switch it on in your workspace

The app is activated on your account and the course area shows up in the portal, with your content and nobody else’s.

  2. The material becomes a course

Recorded lesson, PDF, spreadsheet, mentoring script: FM builds the structure and publishes it with you reviewing before it opens.

  3. Your students come in

Whoever already bought from you gets access to the track. Today that access is opened by FM from your list.

  4. You follow along

Progress, attendance and booked mentoring stay in plain sight. Selling to the student inside the app is not live yet.

What you see in the portal

  • The published courses and what is still a draft
  • Who is watching what, lesson by lesson
  • The scheduled sessions and the earlier recordings
  • The mentoring slots your students booked

True for every app

  • A specialist, not a support queue

For as long as the contract runs, someone at FM follows every rollout with you. You do not file a ticket to be answered by someone who has never seen your operation.

  • AI runs it, a person approves

The apps are built to run on AI agents with a human in the loop: whatever needs a human decision waits for one, and the rest happens on its own.

Five questions, and we already start looking at your case

This is not a contact form. Each answer changes the next question, and at the end you get a read of your case on screen.

Takes about two minutes. Nothing to book and nobody to talk to first.

What lands on your screen

  1. The read of your caseIt shows up right here when you finish answering, with nobody to wait for.
  2. What we would switch on firstIn the order that fits your operation, with the reason behind each choice.
  3. A copy in your inboxTo read again later, with a link back whenever you want it.
